These classes are small online gatherings where folks can enjoy connection to community, and be inspired to practice, yet stay in the comfort of their own home. Registration is available at 3 different payment levels. The Zoom link for the class you are registered for will be sent via email a few hours before start time.

Guided meditation from the comfort of your own space! Practices will vary each week, incorporating mindfulness, visualizations, breathing exercises, or meditative movements.
After every class, a recording will be sent to all who registered of the meditation, so you can enjoy the practice again on your own
throughout the week.
Join the practice live to meet your fellow practitioners and connect with community,
or just practice on your own with the recording.

Coordinating movement with the breath, this class will open hips, stretch shoulders, and release the tension from your day!
Set up your yoga mat in a comfy spot and allow yourself some time to unwind.
2 blocks, a strap & a blanket are optional.
Some yoga experience required.
