GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA
at Walking Together

Engage your whole body, mind and heart in this gentle yoga practice, especially styled to support the nervous system.
Sera's unique approach, Somatic Pathways Yoga, is a trauma-informed approach to yoga, coupling gentle stretches with organic movements for your own personal flow.
Somatic Pathways Yoga also connects breathing with basic strengthening poses,
and includes moments for opening the heart,
with mini guided meditations.
Feel refreshed and energized for the rest of your day!
Beginners Welcome - No Experience Necessary!
Mats and other props are available but
Please bring your mat if you have one.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easeful to move in,
and refrain from cologne or perfume. Thank You!
