GENTLE YOGA CLASS
(INDOORS)
Fridays, 10am - 11:15am
November 1st - December 20th
(NO CLASSES NOV 8TH OR 29TH!)
The Friday yoga class moves back indoors in the late fall, with gentle poses to open your heart, stretch your body, and
soothe the overactive mind!
This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Props are provided, but bring your mat if you have one.
Register early as space is limited!
Cost: $10 - $15 per class, by donation

(Sometimes with Dewey the Cat for entertainment!)
Outdoor Classes are Weather Permitting,

Basic Pilates & Gentle Yoga Combo Class

September 6th - October 18th
Join Sera for a combo class that gets to the heart of Pilates and Yoga together!
We start with a series of basic pilates movements and breathing exercises, to stabilize and strengthen your core.
Sera offers her expert guidance and support so practitioners at every level can find their inner core fire!
Next we move into organic, flowing yoga poses and stretches that foster flexibility and openness, both inside and out!
Please bring your mat if you have one.
Mats and other props are available.
Beginners Welcome - No Experience Necessary!

NOURISH YOUR INNER GODDESS
~ A Mini-Retreat For Women ~
Date: TBA (Early 2025)
Bring your yoga mat, something for the altar, and an open heart to this workshop just for women! Join me and a small group of other women as we come together to deepen our connection to Self, one another, community and the Guiding Force of Feminine Wisdom that is within and around us all! Together we will honor how far we have come, the flow we are moving through right now, and seek to gain insight for our challenges as individuals and as women.
This is an open, supportive space for all women to enjoy a relaxing mini-retreat of movement, meditation, and authentic sharing together. We will take time towards the end for a more informal social time, so feel free to bring snacks and beverages of choice. Tea, seltzer and light fare will be provided.
