The ongoing Friday class combines gentle yoga poses to stretch and create gentle energy flow in your body, with basic Pilates-based movements, that wake up your core!
This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
As an outdoor class, Sera provides each person with a 2" rectangular foam cushion (see pics) to offer personal space, and bring some insulation and stability to the ground of our yoga practice. Everyone is also provided a blanket, blocks and a bolster. Please bring your mat if you have one.
Setting up the space requires some time, so

GENTLE YOGA & PILATES COMBO CLASS
Spring 2026
Fridays, 10am - 11:15am
