COMMUNITY YOGA

Walking Together

STARTING JANUARY 10TH

 

SATURDAYS, 10:30am - 11:45am

~ALL LEVELS CLASS~

Beginners and Experienced Practitioners alike!

Somatic Pathways Yoga connects breathing with basic stretching, movement and strengthening poses, with plenty of options for you to do what works for you.

Sera guides beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike, using props, visual and imaginative cues, and modifications to support or deepen into the poses.

 

Somatic Pathways Yoga includes time for self-reflection too, with moments of mindfulness and a guided meditation at the end.

Feel refreshed and energized for the rest of your day!

No Experience Necessary! Great for adults of All Ages!

Mats and other props are available but

Please bring your mat if you have one.

Great for new practitioners and those who are 

returning to the practice or who are seeking more support!

Learn or review the basics of yoga, including breathing, mindfulness, and common poses.

Learn more variations of poses that can support you with most any health challenges or physical concerns you may have. Sera has over 18 years of experience teaching all levels of practitioners, and can help you find your way to do what works for you!​
