Standard Somatic Pathways sessions are available in-person and online, incorporating:
Internal Somatic Psychology (ISP)
In-Person Sessions Also Available for:
Personalized Yoga/Pilates and Meditation/Mindfulness practices
Bodywork with Craniosacral Therapy (CST) & Reiki/Energy Work
FOR BODYWORK & YOGA
Wear comfortable clothing to move in, no jeans please.
Looser clothing and pants without back pockets are better for bodywork sessions.
Please Refrain from strong perfumes.
All props for yoga will be provided, a massage table is available for bodywork sessions

Sessions are generally 85 minutes.
Practices & Techniques may be combined in a session, if time allows.
​Every private session is personalized for your needs.
This allows time for checking in, connection to the intention and the focus of that day's practice, plus some integration time before closing.

After a session please allow yourself some extra time and personal space for energetic and physical integration of the practice.

Session Fees
Somatic Pathways Sessions are 85-90 minutes, and offered on a sliding scale, from $110 to $195.
No questions asked!
If possible, the suggested standard session fee amount is $150.
Please determine what works for your budget.
If we go over time or you can afford it, please offer a bit more.
If your budget does not allow for it, the amount can be on the lower end.
