Standard Somatic Pathways sessions incorporate:
Internal Somatic Psychology (ISP)
Sessions Available In-Person or Online via Zoom
In-Person Sessions Also Available for:
Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation/Mindfulness
Bodywork with Craniosacral Therapy (CST) & Reiki/Energy Work
Practices & Techniques may be combined in a session, if time allows.
Every private session is personalized for your needs. Sessions are generally
80-85 minutes, which allows time for checking in, connection to intention, the focus of that day's practice and some integration time before closing.
BODYWORK & YOGA: Wear comfortable clothing, no jeans please.
Please Refrain from strong perfumes. Thank you!
All props for yoga will be provided, a massage table is available for bodywork sessions.
After a session please allow yourself some extra time and personal space for energetic and physical integration of the practice.
